Our Quality
Our quality control begins at the very initial stage of designing. We are extremely particular regarding our quality and ensure it at every stage. Our design team ensures that each product is of high quality and in accordance with the customer preferences.
Each piece undergoes inspection and it is the responsibility of the Store Department to carry out 100% inspection of fabrics to detect fabric flaws. We carry out tests for color fastness, shrinkage and wherever applicable seam slippage, tear strength, flammability etc.
We undertake a pilot run before bulk production starts and continue till we provide a final touch to our merchandise that includes final finishing and packing to check the acceptability of the final product.
Stitching quality is ensured by our in line supervisors during the production stage. After the final packing has been done, we finally carry out a statistical quality
control. Our company complies with Labour Laws, Workplace Safety norms and Worker's welfare.
